A Visit to the new Mohammed bin Rashid Library

Dubai's newest library is now open! How amazing is this new addition to everything Dubai has to offer, right in time for summer? It's the region's largest library with more than 600 000 titles.

We have listed some essential details to help you plan your visit.

Entry is FREE but registration on the official website mbrl.ae is a must. They will check your QR code before you enter.

There are 9 libraries for all tastes and ages.

The children's library has an interactive playpen for kids over 5 years. Please bear in mind that kids below 5 years (and prams) are not allowed in at the moment.

There is a huge virtual reality screen your children will love!

Outside is a language garden.

A few reminders:

Please dress modestly. No shorts, including for men. 

Free parking is available. If you’re commuting via metro, get off at the Creek Metro station which is in walking distance to the library.

The book lending service will start in July.
