Pros:

- Converts to a handheld version quickly and easily.

- Wand is able to be unlocked to change the angle, making vacuuming under sofas much easier.

- There is an option of purchasing an extra battery so that when one is being used, the other can charge.

- Stores well and packs up surprisingly small.

- The dust bin is very easy to empty and clean.

- It can also store a large 0.7 litres of dust. Much more than many other similar vacuums.

Cons:

- It's heavy. About 1.5kg heavier than the Dyson V8 Absolute.

- Doesn't seem to vacuum as close to edges as I would have liked. This can be helped, however, by using one of the other attachments instead.

- Due to the large head, it is a little tricky to vacuum the stairs.

- A popular complaint is that there is no docking station. Although it doesn't have a docking system like the Dyson, the battery is simply taken out of the vacuum and charged instead. The vacuum can then be stored away.
